• Short Sale Package is COMPREHENSIVE. We have created a list of required documents for each Lender/Investor and standardized our package to ensure no missing documents when the Bank Negotiator or Set Up Team receives the file.




• Short Sale Documents are LEGIBLE. We employ digital technology for collecting signatures and storing documents. We do not use a paper fax machine. This ensures that the file is readable to all parties.




• Short Sale Processors are PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. We do not employ a hostile approach. Our staff of processors have real estate, title and escrow backgrounds. They are used to working in this environment and understand the dynamics involved.




• Short Sale Offers are REALISTIC. We firmly believe that the successful outcome of a Short Sale is primarily based on a win-win solution. We are here to present a reasonable offer to settle the account.

Short Sale Negotiators are REALTORS®. We employ processors to help with paperwork and phones, but negotiations are handled by licensed Real Estate professionals who are full time agents in the greater Phoenix area. Unlike some third party companies, AZ Short Sale Expert's negotiators know the market, contracts and industry standards. They are uniquely positioned and legally authorized to discuss price, terms and conditions of the transaction between Buyers, Banks and Sellers.
